We place private chefs with households in Southern California and Spain — full-time roles, short-term engagements, and yacht seasons. Most of the roles we fill are never advertised, so it is worth being on our books before the right one appears.
Who we work with
Our minimum: five years as a private chef, or in a high-end restaurant
Five years as a private chef or on yachts, or in a high-end restaurant. Yacht chefs: certificates current and in order.
We review your menus and footage of your work, and we call the principals, estate managers and head chefs who know it first-hand. Nothing goes to a household without your agreement.
